It has been a ruff couple of years due to the pandemic and my own deteriorating mental health. This album is a reflection of a state of mind that can only see two choices and one outcome. Falling to see the grey area that is often in front and being caught off-guard by extreme emotion. This album is a graphic description of a person navigating life with Borderline Personality Disorder (B.P.D.)
